Used Crest for years Why is the clean mint toothpaste in the less mess dispenser so thick. I have had to throw out the last 2 bottles. Did you change the formula. July 13, 2011

Excellent toothpaste I would like to say that this toothpaste is the best. I have used other brands but leave a too minty flavor or they don't leave a clean feeling. Yours is neither, my son and I have found the one we can agree with!!! Thank you for making such a great product. May 15, 2011

Problem with container .I have used this for years, but recently I have had problems with getting the toothpaste out of the container. You actually have to shake the container. It appears that it has a bubble. After shaking virgorously, toothpaste will come out but this is a continual process. Since I have arthritis in my hands, it becomes difficult to brush my teeth January 29, 2011

Confused . . . before now it was excellent!!! I have been using this product for years and have never had any issues with it. Unfortunately, the last three that I have purchased have all gotten air pockets in them that prevent the toothpaste from coming out. Therefore, I have to resort to throwing a perfectly "semi-new" tube away. Again, I love the product. It truly is Less Mess! But, for the price, I can not continue to purchase it if I am only going to get half of the toothpaste out of it. January 19, 2011
