In case of fire, turn microwave OFF and leave door closed. On occasion, ink from wet paper towels may transfer to some surfaces. For best results, use the unprinted side.

I did a science fair project back in 88'. My experiment was what paper towl is the most absorbent. Bounty was terrible, Brawny is super! Along with Scott! This company is a disgrace! LONG LIVE BRAWNY AND SCOTT!!!!! Here are the results: Brawny: absorbed 2 and a half ounce of water. Bounty: Absorbed 1 ounce of water (pathetic). Scott: Absorbed 1 and a half ounces of water. This product is flimsy in comparison to others. I tried Bounty Basic and am disappointed. The paper is flimsy and not as strong or absorbant as others I've tried. I much prefer a paper towel that feels like cloth and has more absorbancy. April 6, 2013

This doesn't 'pick-up' anything I trusted Bounty to be a 'picker-upper,' but Bounty 'Basic' doesn't pick up much of anything. I expected to be able to put (several?) Bounty towels on a sloppy spill and then pick up the towels and throw them away (or even wring out the spill into the sink, and THEN wipe some more) but Bounty Basic towels are so thin that even multiple towels leave most of the spill on the floor, and they drip--so the spill ends up even bigger than before.
