If your machine is not a high-efficiency you can still use HE detergent. It will not harm the machine. You will notice fewer suds but still get the same great performance

Overtones: Orange, lemon and blossoms with a modern fruity, green twist
Undertones: White floral jasmine with a hint of woody amber
Bottle made from 25% or more post-consumer recycled plastic
Ingredients include biodegradable surfactants (anionic and nonionic) and enzymes

Fresh This detergent is the one detergent I can count on to get out anything from work and pet odors to the work crud out of my husbands clothes. It works wonderful in both regular machines and the HE machines great without leaving any residue and when the laundry is really crudy I don't have to worry about anything because I know it will come out just as fresh as all the other times ! I top it off with the original scent fabric softener which is just enough scent to not smell perfumey as men would say but still smell clean and fresh to make the women happy. May 17, 2011

Best Laundry Detergent Gain original has the freshest outdoor sent and cleans without question is kind to colors and whites come out bright. The 'he' product is truly a savings because you use only a small amount to clean everything. March 31, 2011
