Directions: Starting at the inner corner, make small lines along the upper lash line close to the roots. Use the patent-pending tip to smudge the line near the lashes if desired. Place cap tightly on product after use.

Waste Apparently, we are all having the same issue: sharpening. I typically wear Clinique but thought I'd try something different and am very disappointed. And I spent the same amount on this as I would've Clinique! What a waste of a product! May 1, 2013

Very Unhappy with purchase I am very unhappy with this liquiliner. There is no way to use it once the end is dull. There are no instructions on the packaging that a separate sharpener was required April 28, 2013

Doesn't twist up This eyeliner does not twist up! It needs to be sharpened! It was not made clear on the package that that is the case. And, they expect you to sharpen super hard plastic! So disappointed, Covergirl. April 22, 2013

NEEDS TO BE CHANGED The formula for the liner itself is great! However, I was very dissapointed when I found out it had to be sharpened. I try to stay away from these kinds but the package doesn't warn you! The liner is soft, so when you sharpen it the end breaks off! April 18, 2013
