Gentle formula helps keep the delicate skin around the eyes & mouth smooth
Use with COVERGIRL mascara & lip products.

Ingredient List: Mineral Oil/ Huile Minérale, Isopropyl Palmitate, Polyethylene, Ceteth-20, Trihydroxystearin, Sorbic Acid, Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Vanillin, Titanium Dioxide

Directions: Shake well. Apply remover with a clean cotton ball, wait a few seconds and wipe. Close eyes before applying to eyelids & lashes.

Indications: Lightweight lotion gently and thoroughly sweeps away traces of eye and lip makeup

The ABSOLUTE best! If you use truly waterproof mascara or lip stain, this is absolutely the best. I have tried dozens of other removal products from very expensive ones to cheap ones and none come close to the effectiveness of this. It is also very moisturizing! July 31, 2012

Best Remover This is the best makeup remover I have found in recent years, the only one that easily removes waterproof mascara. I have seasonal allergies & sensitive eyes and this remover does not bother them at all, it's gentle on the skin & moisturizes too. March 18, 2011

Too greasy, DISAPPOINTED I used this product a while back, but did not like. Yet I decided to give it another chance. Same result. Very oily, did not like, and will NOT buy again Sorry CoverGirl, but this product isn't all that great. February 11, 2011
