Love the product, not so much the bottle! I have been using this product for over 3 years, and I absolutely love it! But I would love to see it in a bottle with an easier lid to open! Maybe a pump! That would be great! :) but other than this I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! November 20, 2010

The new bottles I love the Herbal Essences products, I've used it for over 15 years, but I hate the new bottles. I couldn't find anywhere to write except here. The bottles are hard to operate when your hands are wet in the shower. The side dispense doesn't work right, the bottle is hard to squeeze and gets VERY slippery when it's wet. I have been transferring the product to the old bottles that they used to have. I really shouldn't have to do this. I just finished filling my old bottles and it took me an half an hour for both shampoo and conditioner. I LOVE the product and will continue to do this, but for my money I should just have to put it on the shower shelf. I am 52 years old and don't have problems with my hands. I just wonder about anyone with arthritis, I am sure they are no longer using this product or doing the same that I am. Please create another option for us who are having diffuculties with the bottles. Thank you! June 21, 2010

Love It I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for a while now and I absolutely love it! It really does make my color last longer and my hair smells amazing! It really makes my hair shine as well, people are always telling me how pretty and shiny my hair is, so thanks a bunch Herbal Essence!!! May 28, 2010

Do not like the new products I think that the original herbal essence worked better on my hair verses the new one doesnt work at all I think its a waste of money I will never buy the new herbal essences again..... May 19, 2010
